New Comet Trading Agency is currently recruiting candidates for an Agriculture Specified Skilled Worker (Tokutei Ginou) position in Japan.

This opportunity is suitable for individuals with agricultural experience who wish to build a long-term career in Japan.

Work Location

Tsukuba City, Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan

Job Responsibilities

• Green onion (Negi) cultivation and harvesting
• Agricultural production and farm management support
• Packing and packaging agricultural products
• Preparing products for shipment and distribution

Salary and Benefits

• Hourly Wage: ¥1,080
• Average Monthly Salary: ¥200,000 – ¥250,000
• Overtime opportunities available
• Potential Monthly Income: Up to approximately ¥300,000 including overtime

Working Hours

• Summer Season: Between 5:00 AM and 8:00 PM
• 8-hour shift schedule

Days Off

• 1 to 2 days per week

Accommodation

• Company housing available
• Housing Fee: ¥20,000 per month
• 1–2 persons per room
• Detached house accommodation
• Utilities paid according to actual usage

Requirements

• JLPT N4 or above
• Ability to communicate in daily Japanese conversation
• Agricultural work experience preferred
• Good physical health
